- Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental US
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8
- Free pickup at our South Windsor store — choose "Pickup" at checkout
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location
Return Policy
30-Day Free Returns
We want you to love your shoes. If they don't fit right or aren't what you expected, return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Returns are always free — no shipping charges, no restocking fees.
How to Return
Option 1 — In-Store (Easiest)
Bring your unworn shoes and receipt to our South Windsor store. We'll process your return or exchange on the spot — no waiting, no paperwork.

Option 2 — By Mail (Free)
- Contact us at customercare@disibioshoes.com or (860) 791-2248 to request a return authorization
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — free of charge
- Pack your shoes in their original box with all tags attached
- Drop off the package at any UPS location
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
Return Conditions
- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
- Original shoe box must be included and undamaged (please don't use the shoe box as a shipping box — place it inside a shipping box or bag)
- All tags and packaging must be attached
- Accessories (bags, socks, braces) must be unused and in original packaging
What Can Be Returned
- Footwear in unworn condition
- Unworn accessories with original tags and packaging
- Sale items discounted 20% or less
What Cannot Be Returned
- Worn shoes (we recommend trying them on carpet at home first)
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale items — anything discounted more than 20%, or marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Refund Timing
- In-store returns: Refund processed immediately to your original payment method
- Mail returns: Refund processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return
- Your bank may take an additional 3-7 days to show the credit on your account
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free — just bring your shoes to the store or contact us and we'll help you find the right fit. If the item you want isn't in stock, we'll order it for you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
