Please note that all returns must arrive at our processing center
within 60 days of delivery and be in new and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging in order to be accepted. Boxed footwear that is returned to us with labels or tape attached directly to the shoe box and are not returned in a separate shipping box will be charged a $20 re-boxing fee. As we cannot guarantee the comfort of our products, please make sure you are happy with your purchase before you wear them outside.

Items purchased in our closeout section or within any other promotions indicated as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise received at our processsing center that was purchased as a final sale will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate and will be charged a $15 freight fee to cover our costs for shipping both ways.
